It's the belated celebration of Cybunny Carnival on Neopets, and here's what's new for this Neopet:

Swamp Gas

An outfit reminiscent of the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland is also available at Uni's Clothing:

A Peter Rabbit-esque background is available at Mystical Surroundings:

A misspelled tea is available at the Coffee Cave:

Note: None of the above is currently available yet although it has been announced in the news!

And lastly, the new form of celebration continues at the NC Mall with this Cybunny Day-themed mystery capsule selling for 200 NC. Inside is a Howl's Moving Castle-themed outfit with some items wearable only by Cybunnies:

Similar outfits, like the dapper cybunny set already exist so the outfit is a bit of a disappointment.

Swamp gas at least looks like swamp gas even if I don’t like the color.

The background needs to change the layering on it because the pitchfork trowel whatever in the ground looks awkward

Well looks like we got a Howl’s Moving Castle themed Cybunny capsule. I guess TNT is on a Ghibli kick. I wonder if we’ll get a Nausicaa themed outfit.

Swamp gas is fine, I like the way the ears look more wispy. Although I wish they would make Swamp Gas pet eyes more luminous like the Swamp Gas Kau, since the color is partly based on will o wisps.

The NP outfit is nice, it’s obviously based on the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. I’m glad we got a regular outfit.

I realize it's probably a huge ask, but I think TNT really needs to consider introducing some new colors PB. The last several pet days have been disappointing, and I think part of the problem is that aside from the Lutari, all the recent pets have had most of the "popular" colors picked already. They're going to run out of popular colors eventually, and then we'll get stuck with less desirable colors like Swamp Gas and Snot for every pet day.

Lots of detail in the swamp gas, I like it for what it is artwise lol. Not a cybunny fan either. (don't come for me!) Background is nice too! We needed another farm related NP one.

Swamp

Gas might be the strangest and ugliest paint brush concept on the site. But the art for the cybunny is pretty high equality. Overall very disappointing cybunny day :/ I feel like if it’s a basic or unpopular colour they should release 2. And hopefully they stop with these NC capsules when no one buys them

Swamp Gas color is amazing. I normally hate that color, but this one is very well done. The art is gorgeous.

The Ghibli rip-off cash capsules are disgusting. BOOOOOOOO TNT!

Swamp Gas is okay. Ears look off to me for some reason, but otherwise looks well done.

NC IP ripoff capsule is just as disgusting as the Kougra one, with bonus points for laziness on the frying pan.

NP bg would be nice if they repositioned the rake. :/

Nice work with Swamp Gas, I'm fond of that colour even though I know it can be divisive. The tea is cute as well. But as others have said, the outfit is a repetition of the Dapper outfit and the overall NP-specific release feels very uninspired. The species-specific capsules are such an awful idea in themselves and the fact that they're charging money for ripping off the IP of Ghibli leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Swamp Gas is gross, but that's the point, I suppose. NC items are.. okay? At least they're not infringing on any copyrights with this.
But something I complain about often: Hats. That NC hat does not sit right on a Cybunny's head at all. Not with the ears like that. But what's strange is that TNT does KNOW how ears and hats work, judging by the Mystery Capsule itself. Why not copy that design and paste it, in a bigger size, onto a Cybunny's head?

I don't fault anyone for thinking that this is a collab but that's exactly why they shouldn't be. Gacha items for real money. Insanely risky profiting off of nostalgia for another companies property, how is TNT not concerned about this.

Anyway the other items are fine, but pet days just feel underwhelming when they have to make obligatory colors that have no fanfare to them, and they're not really concerned with making up for it with other items. I'll be picking a couple of these up, but I can't say I'm not a little bored, and the outfit is pretty... basic and also only three pieces, I dunno. At least it's clothing and not a hyperrealistic costume that's being sold in multiple parts that aren't useful on their own, I guess?

No way this is some collab or crossover thing because if it was they would’ve said so.
I wouldn’t mind this one if it was 1. Neopoint only LIKE THEY WERE BEFORE and 2. If it was just a little nod or reference and not blatant.

Normally I like stuff like this but this is literally paid for with real money. Neopets is profiting off of another IP all while, if I may note here, you cannot do with Neopets themselves UNLESS you’re part of their new artists program.

So it’s very hypocritical and could very well lead to something if Ghibli finds out and decides to send a C&D.

Idk what’s going on behind the scenes but this really needs to stop.

The Cybunny's foot being in front of the pitchfork in the new background is really annoying me.

I'm not super familiar with Ghibli so I hadn't realized at first that this was yet ANOTHER blatant theft of it apparently, but great job, TNT. *throw up emoji* As if pet specific outfits being NC gamba now wasn't disgusting enough.

I world not see a problem in the copy-pasted frying pan if it was an NP item, but this is shameful... Also, well pointed by others here, but the Ghibli costumes have become much more obvious recently right? Idk, the Chihiro pteri, Haku draik and Susuwatari jubjub were more of a "reference" like it should be. I have to admit, tho, that choosing Sophie for cybunny was brilliant, given their hunchback pose

I like the swamp gas ears, but I wish the hair and tail looked as flowy as it. Not badly done, tho.

I like the neopet specific capsules i just wish they werent mystery ones! Missing the old days where they sold bundles. Makes it an obvious cash grab. .

Also how the rake sits on the background doesnt look right. If they had it slightly more to the right i wouldnt look as bad.

Swap Gas is not my thing, but this one looks ok. The NP outfit is nice, but it feels incomplete.
That background clipping is atrocious, I would (maybe) understand if they didn't test it for every pet, but this is for Cybunny day, didn't they think to test it on Cybunnies at least??

Will never stop hating the capsules (pricey, gacha, IP theft), but I'm surprised this one at least doesn't need multiple pulls to be usable (lowest of low bars, I know)

TNT will never learn. They had backlash with the catbus kougra being locked behind a paywall (and I heard people are contacting studio ghibli to notify them about this all), yet they decided to ignore (as usual) their users' voices in the name of god money. Disappointed, but not surprised. Not happy with the direction the site is going, it's clear as the sky the game we all loved has died and became simply another poorly run cash grab...

This is definitely not a collaboration with Ghibli. It's not co-branded, and the name of the ripped off film is not listed. This is a total rip-off of Ghibli. The fact that it's Ghibli they're ripping off - one of my most beloved studios - only makes this worse.

1. Swamp Gas Cybunny - not my fav color but better done than most lately.

2. Timely Cybunny outfit - everything BUT a pocket watch?? As others have said, it's not THE White Rabbit without a pocket watch.

3. Nice garden background except that, as shown in their own example, the pitchfork doesn't exactly 'match' or go with the position of the cybunny. At. All.

4. Cybunny Day capsule - yet another Studio Ghibli rip off? If it was authorized, that's one thing. Even then, a superpack would be so much better than this RNG dependent capsule gamble.

Another very underwhelming pet day. I dont like swamp gas but the execution is fine. The NP items are poorly done and cybunny ALREADY HAS a set themed about the White Rabbit. Besides, it feels incomplete.

The species specific caps are atrocious, by far the worst cash grab TNT has done so far. Really dissapointed with the focus of the site shifting completely to NC (even more than usual!), and this comes from someone who occasionally I buys NC!

Swamp Gas is actually really, really good. It has the perfect amount of detail. I don't love this colour in general, but props to them, this totally looks like it could have come out of the Viacom days.

The background could be cute but I don't find backgrounds as appealing when the pet doesn't sit within the art, if that makes sense. The cybunny's foot is on top of the pitchfork. Don't the artists have guides for this stuff?
