Streak Save Tickets

On February 25, 2025 a new Premium perk debuted which allows users to restore broken streaks on both Trudy's Surprise and Quest Log.

About Tickets

On the 1st of every month, Neopians are granted 2 streak save tickets for each of the two activities.

Tickets are available to view on the Premium Portal, under your list of Neopets.

Tapping on the Streak Save Tickets icon will display a countdown timer indicating when your tickets will refill. If you have a streak that is eligible for saving, it will also contain a quick link to that activity.

Ticket Limitations

There are a few limitations to keep in mind:

Unused tickets do not roll over
After running out of tickets, you cannot save your streaks again until the following month
Only streaks broken after joining Premium can be saved with a ticket
Tickets cannot be shared across accounts

How It Works

A streak is broken when you fail to complete your daily activity for a full Neopian day. For Trudy's, this means not making your daily spin. For Quest Log, this means not completing all 5 of your daily tasks and progressing towards your weekly reward.

Once a streak is broken, the next time you visit the activity with the broken streak, you will be prompted to 'save' it. If you choose not to save your streak, your progress will reset back to day one.

Both of the Trudy's streaks (the 7 day item streak and 25 day Neopoints streak) are saved with a single ticket.

You may not spin Trudy's or work on your Quest Log tasks without making a selection. If you choose to ignore the prompt, you will be prompted again the following day. If you have not made a choice within 7 days of your streak breaking, your streaks will be reset back to day one and you will no longer have the option to save them. A timer is visible on the activity page which counts down the remaining time in the 7 day period.

If you choose to save your streak, you will receive a confirmation message, after which you will immediately be able to complete or interact with the activity in question.
